The following are my tips for getting started with online videos, whether you are teaching yoga classes or sharing tips. If what you currently have does not work for you anymore, upgrade it once it no longer meets your needs. Using your phone for video can help you gain a lot of confidence. If you teach/coach online classes and sessions I recommend investing in better audio. It is best to use something wireless. You can always upgrade as needed.
